Support Request

I know that you no longer support FileBox eXtender, but I've used it for years, just for the Always on Top and Window Roll-Up features and they have worked fine. In Win 8.1 (and maybe 8 also, don't recall) these two buttons always work, but on some application windows they "roam" around the screen when you drag the window. To see this in action go to YouTube, right click on a video, and select Global Settings. Now drag that window around, the two button are detached from the window, but still operate and are visible. This is so annoying. Like I said it doesn't happen on all apps.
 
Is it possible to fix this please? Or is there another program that can perform this functionality.
 
I have tried using an AutoHotKey script that performs this functionality, and it works on most windows, except ironically not, on HyperSnap, which is one of the main programs that I want it for.

I just notice this also happens on the FileBox eXtender configuration screen when you drag it around.
