Hi Charles,
we had several requests dealing with multiple selections from the thumbnail list. Please be patient for the moment. It won't be forgotten and it is (hopefully) not impossible to to.

I now implemented an "email multiple images" function in HyperSnap 8 that I'm working on. If you'd like to help beta-test version 8, please email us (support@.... address). Thanks!

When I saw this feature in the release notes I paid and upgraded to version 8.0

Win 8.1. x64    Outlook 2013 x32  Hyper snap 8 x64

when I select multiple items and email selected a box comes up and asks for format you click OK

Outlook crashes  and Hypersnap locks up.

You have to end task hypersnap  and you lose all your pictures :-( not happy

tried 5 times hand happens every time and after a reboot.

I unistalled x64 and install x32 hypersnap

Now nothing happens  you select and email selected and ok  and nothing happens.......

the old single Files send by email still works file in the x32  did not test in the x64

Hm... I try this here, but I have Outlook 2010, not 2013. Works correctly for both. I'll try to download later some evaluation of Office 2013 if they have such a thing, and see what happens. However, most probably something is wrong on the other side, e.g. the DLLs that handle email requests are out-of date, damaged or something.

There is a better way to do this in HyperSnap 8 though: open or capture some images and select them in HyperSnap 8 thumbnails bar. Open a new message or reply to a message in Outlook. Now press and hold the left mouse button over one of the selected images in HyperSnap 8 thumbnail bar, drag it while holding the mouse button and drop over the Outlook message window. The images will be added as file attachment to the message.

I upgraded to 8.0.2  and it now works.  (still running 32 bit hypersnap)

If I changed to 64 bit hypersnap should it work with x32 outlook ?

Yes, the 64-bit version of HyperSnap 8 also works with 32-bit version of Outlook etc. Thanks!
