My old license key is not working

I purchased hypersnap version 6. But when I try to use my license key it is not working. What should I do?

    Hello bluespiano,
     
    please let us know, WHEN you purchased your v6 license key and IF you re-installed a version 6. It won't work for version 7.

    I purchased hypersnap in about 2008-9, give or take a year or two. Sorry. That's my best guess.
    I did reinstall Version 6.

    Hello Hart,
     
    on the hyperionics-site you find the Find Lost License page on the upper left.
    Enter the exact email you used for ordering in 2008 and the captcha. The license will be sent to that adress. Try it then.
    Note: If you copy the license text to the clipboard and AFTER THAT start HyperSnap, it will find the license automatically. If not, insert everything between the ### manually, as described in the license mail.
    If this also doesn't help, try de-installing, deleting the hyperionics-registry key and re-installing again.
     
    And, please, verify, you really have a license to version 6. I remember that v5-licenses worked very long until v6.13.02, but not afterwards.
