Impossible du use the copy of a region

Hi 
 
I don't understand because I've used Hypersnap befotre and I was very happy. But now I have bought one license, but I am unable
to use it correctly as before.
 
My problem is that when I want to do a copy of a region. I setup the hotkey 'CTRL R'. I activate the hotkey. I minimize the windows.
I try to use CTRL R , but nothing happened.
 
I am obliged to not mimnimize the hypersnap windows. I use CTRL R and I am able to do a copy. But I loose some information to copy.
By example , if I have select a list of values o, a webpage, when I try to do a copy, the list has disappear.
 
Before with the former release I had no problem

Nb : I use the 7.23.03 release and I have Windows 7 on my laptop

    It is necessary to mark the key you define as a "hot key", active even if HyperSnap 7 is minimized or hidden behind other windows. Under "Hot Keys - Customize Keyboard", find the function and highlight the hot key you want to modify (e.g. Ctrl+R), then put the check-mark at the bottom into the field described as "Make this a hot key, ..."
     
    You must also mark the option that hot keys are active (on Capture tab of the ribbon, check-mark is in "Hotkeys on" field).
