Firefox 19.0.2 crashes at startup when Hypersnap 7.23.02 is running

Hi,

i upgraded these days HyperSnap 7 to version 7.23.02. Since then Firefox 19.0.2 is crashing at start when Hyersnap is running. When i first start FF 19.0.2 and then Hypersnap it works. What could be the error?
Thanks!

I'm not sure what exactly could be the problem. I run the same versions of Firefox and HyperSnap on Windows 7, don't see any problem. Could be that an older version of Firefox Add-on causes the conflict - try to start Firefox first, then HyperSnap, then on the "Setup" tab of HyperSnap ribbon click "FF Add-on" button to re-install the add-on. See if that helps.

Another thing that could interfere would be having TextSnap feature in HyperSnap 7 enabled - disable it and re-enable only briefly as needed - or "Special capture" (for games and video) enabled. You can check and disable it on the "Capture" ribbon of HyperSnap 7, under "More..." button. Once you try all of this, please let us know what was the result. Thanks!

    Hi Greg,

    thanks for your reply.
After disabling TextSnap all is OK and FF starts up when HyperSnap is running.
    Thanks again!
