Hypersnap version 6.90 Windows XP SP3 x86 I have enabled the: Video Capture (Media Players, DVD, etc.) Game Capture Games from 3dfx Glide Controller (not available) I have also enabled Post Processing of pictures snapped from games With 3D Graphic controller unknown I enabled the Hotkey: Ctrl + Shift + ~ (because my laptop has no scroll lock key) Still with all that, I am unable to capture a still shot from Windows Media Player 11 Am I doing something wrong? I can't figure it out!?!

What happens if you turn on the "video capture" option, and then use the regular "Capture Region" function? What exactly do you capture then? Make sure to minimize the Media Player window before looking at the captured image in HyperSnap. For some hardware configurations it is not possible to capture video. This is particularly for BlueRay DVD movies played under Windows (they are protected from screen captures for copyright reasons). Greg

I captured a still from a Windows Media Player video using Ctrl + Alt + C I guess I was using the wrong capture method used for gaming. Thank you very much.
