7.12 Crashes

Since installing HyperSnap 7.12, the software crashes instantly on startup. Have tried re-installing but it does the same. Earleir versions work OK. Please provide this additional data: Exact HyperSnap version in use (from Help/About menu): ___7.12___ Windows version in use: __Windows 7 64 bit____

Do you still have an earlier version 7 of HyperSnap running on this system? If so, could you please save the configuration from it: on the "Setup" ribbon tab, click "Save CFG" button and save a file, then send it to me ([link=mailto:support@hyp......com]support@hyp......com[/link]). Or if you use menu interface, same thing under "Options" menu, "Save Configuration". If you have only ver. 7.12 that crashes on startup, could you please run RegEdit program on your system, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hyperionics\HyperSnap 7 key in the left margin, then right-click that key and choose "Export" form the menu that appears, save the key to any_name.reg file and again email me that file? I need to reproduce the crash in order to understand what happens and find a fix... Greg

Mine crashes too, if I don't have a capture. (have current config to email) (version 7.12, W7 64-bit)
