I guess it was necessary to convert all the toolbar button images to 32 bit format... Please try again, re-download and re-install. However, it may be necessary to reset the toolbar customizations and add buttons you need again to the top toolbar.

As you can see in edited post above, some icons are now grayed out.

EDIT: Also the HyperSnap icon in the corner is the same for all instances whereas before the original instance had the flash icon and all others did not as I recall.

I fixed this problem now, thank you for reporting it! Please re-download and re-install HyperSnap 7 from http://www.hyperionics.com/downloads/HS7Setup.exe, even if it says you already have the same version installed, and all should be as before.

Which icons exactly? The ones on the "ribbon" interface are not scaled with this option, so I guess you mean the main, top toolbar that is displayed below the menu (after you switched to the menu interface)? Or did you mean yet something else? I will need to investigate this...

View > Customize > Options TAB > CHECK: Large Icons

If you do that for versions prior to v7.07 the icons are larger (as they should be) than in version 7.07
