Spacebattles forums not downloading

As stated the spacebattles forums do not seem to download properly.

It's been this way for at least 6 months and I'm completely stumped as to why it's happening.

In the past I was able to click on a story, hit the reader mode button then hit the share and ad to list button and it would instantly load the entire page to my read list and I'd move on to the next item I want to listen to knowing it had captured the entire page with multiple chapters per page

However, for the last half year or so it will only download the last chapter of the page and skip everything else. For example if the page contains 8 chapters 1 - 8 it would only pick up chapter 8 no matter what I tried.

It's sister site sufficientvelocity shares many of the same stories as the authors crosspost frequently and I've never had a problem.

I'd appreciate any insight into a fix as it's really annoying and the only work around has been to copy sections of text into a text app which is a royal pain then import that file into @voicealoud .

This second link is the same page after I've hit the "reader mode" button and all the reader comments have been stripped out leaving just the story.

In the second example it only copied a single "chapter" or "installment" or "whatever" about one third the way down the page.

Also, just tried your suggestion and it completely fixed the problem when I selected "load full page text" rather than the "load essential text only".

Obviously I must have hit something at some point 6 or so months ago which fubar'd every story download from that specific website!

I will never make that mistake again!

I've been using this app for years and never noticed that particular feature. Insane.

Thanks for your help, I'd happily pay thrice the price or more than I did for this one. I've never used any single digital product other than an OS more than I have for this one.

Ahh, apparently I need to do the "load full page text" thing with every article. Must be something in their site code. They do modify the site several times a year.

Still a huge upgrade even if bothersome.
