Reading stops when start or stop moving (car,exercise...)

Reading stops when start or stop moving (car,exercise...etc)
Is there some settings for this, it's so accurate? 
How the turn off is possible?

    Open the Settings menu in @Voice (cog icon on top, if visible, else 3 dots menu - Settings). Press on "Speech settings", then START tab, turn off the option "Start/stop speech on horizontal shakes".
