The 'Pauses' tab in Speech settings should be re-arranged

The Setting > Speech settings > Pauses tab needs to be re-arranged.
 
The "Repeat each sentence x times" option is provided in this tab.
But repeating a sentence has no logical connection with pauses. 
Therefore, this option should be moved out of this tab.
 
If this option is moved, the user can find it more intuitively.

    Yes, it would otherwise make too many tabs... You wouldn't be able to read the tab headers on smaller phones.
