Changing size of ribbon and tabs content (font and image size of ALL content)

I just downloaded HS8.  I'm an old fart and have trouble seeing small fonts and icons on my display.  Is there a way to make ALL HS8 program content larger on my screen?  I really have trouble reading anything that is displayed.  I did see how to increase the size of thumbnails, but the ribbon and tabs are REALLY SMALL even when I have my display properties set up to 125%.
