Black Printout

After the latest WIN 10 Update I get only a black printout from mys Hypersnap (latest Version). The same Pic printed from IrfanView is in Color.

    Is the printout a completely black rectangle? Or is it the actual image, but printed in black and white colors, or in grey-scale colors? In HyperSnap please click File menu - Page setup, then look near the right edge under "Colors" header. If "Black and White Only" check-box has a check-mark, please click to remove the check-mark from there, click OK button and try printing again.

    If "Black and White Only" check-box has a check-mark, please click to remove the check-mark from there, click OK button and try printing again.
