Web captures turn into black screen

I rely heavily on Hyper-snap for capturing web pages using region/scroll region captures. Recently, I had to reload Windows 10 due to malware. Afterwards I reloaded all my apps, including Hyper-snap. Now, when I attempt to copy a web page the screen turns blank. I am able to copy from all other data sources. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions to help correct this problem.  Thank you.

Your Internet security product is blocking screen captures from web browsers to "protect your privacy". You would need to go into Settings or Options of your Internet security or Anti-virus program and add there HyperSnap as a trusted or safe screen capture program.

I added it to my Internet Security trusted sites and it's now working.  Thank you very much for your quick, effective response.
