Add-on installation does not work anymore

I try to install add-on for Mozilla and Chrome. How to solve this as I had to refresh Mozilla as it collapsed.

    I'm sorry, I really don't understand your message. What do you mean by "Mozilla collapsed" and what do you need to solve exactly?

    Mozilla collapsed but I tried many times to install Hypersnap again to show active icon and its extension. How to manage this?

    Do you mean HyperSnap add on for Firefox browser? I just tested it, works normally. Make sure that you have the latest version of HyperSnap 8 and Firefox, then in HyperSnap 8 press Setup ribbon tab, press "FF Add-on" button and it will install in Firefox.

    Yes, I have the latest. Can you send me EXE as the current ribbon button will not work?

    There is no point in sending any EXE, as it would be the same as you download from https://hyperionics.com/?Page=hsdx/downloads.asp page. I just tested this with the latest HyperSnap 8 and Firefox (both 64-bit) and it worked normally, as usual. Maybe you have some extra security options enabled in Firefox or Windows system that prevent such installation?
