The structure of the text is very distorted

I am using DOC and TXT files (UTF8). Unfortunately, some paragraphs merge with each other, merge into one paragraph.., and in many places blank lines appear, despite the fact that they are not in my file. The structure of the text is very distorted. How can this be fixed?

I cannot tell without actually seeing the files for which it happens. Please email me as attachment a sample TXT and a sample DOC file, for which this problem happens, and if the file is long, also tell me where to look for this distortion.

I work with Russian, so I send the corresponding text, taken at random from the Internet. But language does not matter. I get the impression that the program is manipulating paragraph marks [¶]. Somewhere she removes them, but somewhere adds. In the settings above (T +), I set the “Line Spacing” to a minimum, but this does not solve the problem.

If two paragraphs are located close to each other, then this should be so. This does not need an empty string. These are elementary rules of presentation in the humanities and in fiction. And an empty line (that is, two paragraph marks) is already a sharp semantic gap. The paragraph marks must remain in place without changes. Today it’s fashionable to separate paragraphs with an empty line (to set the distance between paragraphs), but this is wrong, as the author’s thought is disturbed.

In the file, I put the [¶] sign where the problem appears.

I sent the file to your email address.
