Cant move stories, they will stay in name, date, size and disappearing playlist

I don't understand what you exactly mean by "move stories". You can drag them up or down with the hand icon at the right of each item of Reading List. Or you may sort them by name, size or date/time at which they were saved. New stories are always added to the end of the list, until you press the sort button on top and sort them again.
 
I'm not sure why the list would sometimes disappear, but when this happens, press the + button at the bottom of reading list, then if the files are still there, add check-marks next to their names to add them back to the list. If the files got deleted too, it may be that the system or some other app is trying to "clean" your device from "trash" files to give you more free space. It's best to disable such feature or uninstall such cleaning app. Or else tell it to not touch @Voice app folder...

I don't understand what exactly do you do, what do you press and where, so that the list is sorted against your will... I tried to reproduce it, but couldn't. Please give me step by step instructions, what to press and where, to make this happen, and tell me also which version of @Voice you're using, on which device and Android version.
