HyperSnap DX Taking Double Screenshots

Hi All,
I like to capture full screen a lot of the times. Recently, whenever I do a full screen capture, it takes 2 snaps of my screen. I have tried to update my Hot Keys and reset them but no luck. Whenever I press "PrtScn SysRq", two of the exact same snap is captured. While it's not always a big deal, when I'm trying to take several to work through a process, I have to spend time to go through and remove the duplicates to ensure 1) I captured everything 2) I don't use the same image twice.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Sara

Which version of HyperSnap are you using exactly? Also, under the "Hot Keys" button, what do you have defined in the filed "Print Screen Key Handling"?

    I have HyperSnap-DX 5.63.03.
For "Print Screen Key Handling" it's listed as "Capture Full Screen". I have two monitors also.

HyperSnap 5 is very old software, from year 2005. It may not work correctly on modern versions of Windows. As for Windows 10 (and older Windows 8) compatibility, only HyperSnap is fully compatible with these systems. The only suggestion here I can offer would be to define a completely different hot key for capturing full screen, to avoid double capture.
