drawing toolbar question

I confess.  It's been a while since I've given my Hypersnap a good workout.  So... Just today I notice that the drawing toolbar option in the Setup > View area is missing.  I used to pin that toolbar to the left of my Hypersnap.  Did that option go away or just get relocated?

    This toolbar is totally replaced by the tools available on the ribbon tabs, which offer more and better functionality. The toolbar code was old and after Microsoft made some changes in Windows code to defend against certain types of cyber-attacks, became very slow, affecting the overall product usability.
