Wasn't there a default for borders?

When I paste hypersnap captures they don't have borders and look crappy. I thought in V7 there was a way to automatically place a colored border around captures as they are created/saved. Is that no longer possible?

On the "Image" ribbon tab click the "Frame" button (in the Effects section), you can add a frame there to the current image, or around the current selection, and enable auto-adding such frame to all new captures.
