Pull down menu controls disappeared

The pull down controls that would normally appear with the notifications are missing. How can I get them back?

    Sometimes they appear only if you start reading aloud in @Voice app (press Play button at bottom-center). If they still won't appear, then probably @Voice notification was disabled on this device. Please go to Android System Settings - Apps - find and press @Voice app there, then press "Notifications" and enable them back.

    If re-enabling @Voice notifications in Android system settings did not help, then I really don't know what it is and how to help... Please examine all the settings and options there.

    dear sir it's possible using on video hindi tts voice @ app and use youtube monmonetizat possible??

    Using TTS voices in YouTube videos is rather a legal, not technical question. You would need to examine the license agreement of the TTS voice you want to use, in order to find out if they legally allow this. If the license agreement of your TTS voice is not clear in this respect, it would be best to ask the company that makes this software.

    No action needed. Just an update.

    The problem randomly resolved itself. Not sure why. I didn't restart again or update. Or change any settings. I just looked down a couple days ago and it was working. There is still an issue with the notification not matching the actual content. But that is far less of an issue for me.

    Thanks again for making this app. It has positively impacted my life.

    The notification progress bar actually shows the "read aloud" position, i.e. the yellow highlight position, where the app would read aloud if you press Play. The progress bar at the bottom of the main @Voice screen shows scroll position, that is where the text content visible on the screen is relative to the total content length. Maybe I should change it and make the notification progress and the bottom bar progress match...
