why there is no latest versiom information on ‘hyperionics.com“？

The matter is that you have downloaded some hacked version from illegal site. No doubt infected with some malware, or don't know what else. Or it may display ads to benefit the thieves that prepared and distribute this fake version. They make the version number of their malicious creation much higher than the official one, to prevent updates from Google Play or other sources. The Android system will say "Error, version downgrade" and not let you update, unless you uninstall completely that junk. The only safe and official versions of @Voice app are in Google Play store, and on hyperionics.com web site.
