Often slow screenshot

Dear all,
 
I expericence the following that a screenshot takes up to 60 seconds till its shown in Hypersnap. This habit is new to me and arrived using Windows 10 Pro. Before on Win 7 the screenshot was there "immedatly".
 
Any suggestions? BTW the check "delay screenshot" is UNchecked!

    Oh my, I don't recall ever seeing such problem. Which version of @Voice app is it, exactly? Could you try to reboot Windows system and test again, does the issue still persist? Is the "Quick Save" option under Capture Settings button turned on and where are the images auto-saved, if it is on? What options exactly are selected under "Copy & Print" and "View & Edit" tabs there?
