Wiindows 10 update 1803 issue

Just installed win 10 pro update 1803 build 17134.48.  When I click on print - page settings, Hypersnap 8.16 crashes.  Uninstall/reinstall doesn't change behavior.

There is something wrong with Microsoft Print to PDF printer driver under Windows 64 bit. Press Print... on the File menu, select some other printer and press OK to print anything (white rectangle if you want to save ink and paper), then the other printer becomes selected and all works normally... I have no idea what this driver crashes Page Setup - tried to debug the issue, but nothing helps. I think it's a bug in that driver.

    I got a same problem.

When I clicked the "Page Setup..." in the File menu, the HyperSnap is crashed.

    - Windows 10 pro 1803 64 bit (Apirl update, 2018)

    - HyperSnap 18.16.5 (64bit)
     p.s. How can I upload a image file ?
HyperSnap is a graphic software. But support site does not support a image file.

Select File menu - Print..., then select there another printer, not "Microsoft print to PDF". Click OK to print something on that printer. You could do this with a completely white image to save ink and paper. Now you may use Page Setup without crashing, there is some problem in "Microsoft print to PDF" virtual printer driver under Windows 10, 64-bit driver only.

    Hello Kisslady,

you can upload an image . You have to switch from quick reply to open full version to see the upload option.
