We can't see the Draw Tools ToolBar

We can't see the Draw Tools ToolBar

Recently we install HyperSnap 8.16.2.
 
Previous to install this versión we see on the left the Toolbar with de Draw Tools.
 
From we install the new versión we don't see this Toolbar and don't known how customize the program for that.

    The old toolbars are not recommended for use any more, as they make the program work very slowly, if you Windows system gets patched with the latest Microsoft system patches for Meltdown/Spectre problems. All the tools that were on the old toolbar at left, and more, are available on the top "ribbon" interface, on Edit tab.
     
    If you want, you may still switch the program to use the old menu + toolbars interface, then exit and restart. Slow, but it will work in that mode. The switch is on the "Setup" ribbon tab - Menu button. Or you may download the old version 8.15 from http://www.hyperionics.com/?Page=hsdx/downloads.asp. Both solutions are not recommended.

    The Draw Tool on the left has been invaluable and was constantly used until it vanished with a recent update. The left draw bar was the reason I stayed with Hypersnap. I don't remember any warning that an upgrade would kill the feature. I understand Hypersnap reasoning, but it would have been nice to know at the time of install. I spent way too much time playing with settings in an attempt to recover the Left Draw Bar. The Help > Manual > Draw Tools still shows a toggle checkbox, although it seems to have vanished from the ribbon. The manual needs to be updated to reflect the reality of recent upgrades.
     
    In the future, it would be nice to have better transparency before obvious features vanish.
     
    I'll adjust by keeping the Quick Access toolbar open with the EDIT tab selected. This is still a great software application.

    You may still switch to "Menu" mode (on the Setup ribbon tab) to have the old toolbars. It may make the program to start very slowly after all recent Microsoft patching though. I cannot keep it enabled in ribbon mode, because it causes the same slowdown if initialized, even if never shown at all, so it had to be completely disabled. All the tools that are on the side toolbar, and more, are available on the Edit ribbon tab.
