French translation for HS 8 v15 in x64

I saw that there is only the 32 bits available. Does the 64 bits is for very soon?  If you need help, I have experience in translation from English to French. In case...

    I no longer update translations except for English and German. Lost the partners who did this in the past due to low profitability of sales in other languages.

    If your partner had some work done, meaning it will not take 3 months, I don't mind to do it for a very small amount of money or even for free.  If it does not hurt anyone.
