[idea] Create a sync text when create a .ogg

I had a idea. It's great to create ogg. I can use it an other phone or give them to a friend.
Plus it faster and easy to use for me.
But we lost the text to read in the same time as we heard it.
Audible had a function (i never test it) to sync the audible app with the kindle app.
 
So there was my idea, can the software generate a file text in the same time as the audio ogg file.
A text file that use the .srt ou .sub format to sync the ogg we can now open as in a video player and add the subtitle to follow.
 
What do you think of it ?
