32 and 64 bit, run concurrently, and possibly different icons?

can 32 and 64 bit hypersnap run concurremtly?
if SO, is there a way to make the 64 bit icon different than the 32 bit?
I have BOTH installed as PORTABLE, I currently run them separately, but ther are occasions when i want both to be active (due to scanner limitations, I need the 32 bit)
a different/slightly different icon would help this for me.
ALSO, if I run them concurrently, do BOTH of them use the same registry configuration? I belive you indicated that was the case, in a prior email.
I have fixed batch file to use the -READOPTS initially, so that is same confituration across my couple machines, but i was curious how they would both handle running at once
