Scroll-Lock on Windows 10 not usable as a Hotkey

Hey there!
 
Maybe someone had an idea why I can't use my lovley Scroll-Lock Key. It's one of the Keys who perfect for my screen-capturing, because I don't use it for other things... since years. But since Windows 10 it's not able to assign, I allway getting a ????. At Windoes it's not posible to see which Tool is using this Key. To test that it depends ons WIN10 I installed a fresh Windows 10 without Network connection. You have this problem from the first minute :-/
 
Any Idea for this perfect Tool?

    like allways when I ask some... 10 minutes later I find a solution / workaround :-)
    normally I using AutoHotkey to work smarter :-) now I write a new line at my AutoHotkey-Script
     
    $ScrollLock:: Send {Ctrl down}{Shift down}{ScrollLock}{Shift up}{Ctrl up}
     
    Means: If I press the ScrollLock, the scripts sends strg+shift+scollLock (the key I map now at Hypersnap)
    Now I can use my ScrollLock-Key like before!
     
    But question is: why can AutoHotkey handle the ScollLock Key and HyperSnap not... mhh

    I really don't know why this happens, apparently Windows 10 reserves this key for something. No idea what, tried briefly Google search but could not find an explanation. I'm glad you've found this mart work-around!

    yeah, it must be a windows shortcut, because at e.g. Taskmanager Window i can't use the the ScrollLock Key (but than I can use strg+shift+SL :-)  )
