Textsnap hot key problem

  I have Hypersnap 7.1700 and have a problem with textsnap. I set up a hot key to provide auto scroll of a window going to  a single file. I can set up the hotkey, but it auto scroll and highlighting the window does not work. Workaround is manual by pressing the auto scroll icon and then selecting the window and hitting the space bar. I used ctl-alt/, but it doesn't work for me. I was trying to capture data from www.examcollection.com. This looks like a bug.
The manual autoscroll worked fine for the windows. Tedious doing 280 questions that way for sure!  Any ideas?

Oh my gosh, Tom!  Thank you!  I recently uninstalled and reinstalled HS7 and, for the life of me, I could not remember where that setting was.  I could work around it, but it was driving me nuts.

TextSnap became more and more unreliable within internet pages. This is due to the changes browser manufacturers made to their products. Greg explained this in several occasions. Just search for textsnap within the forum.
TextSnap is - thankfully - still part of HyperSnap 8, but not "supported" anymore. It won't work with internet pages but will work within Windows, several applications, older programs etc. In any case you should install the plugin, if not done already.
Shortcuts may work or not, it really depends on the operating system.
Plans to remove it completely have successfully thwarted by us users, but we KNOW it can't and won't work like old times any more.
