How to change size of SAVE AS box within program

The Save AS box is now full screen and I can't downsize it to a usable size.
HOW?

    Oh... It's rather a stupid bug in Windows 10 system, indeed I need to find some work-around for it. I hoped Microsoft will fix it in their system patching, but nobody knows for sure if they will do it, and when...

    I found a way around this problem now, the fix is in the current version of HyperSnap 8.
