Save All?

Hello, I and another co-worker are able to use the Save All, and have all of the open snap images save to our preferred location. But another of our co-workers can still only save them one at a time. I have checked her configuration, and all three of ours are set up the same. (Default installs for all three) Has anyone else ever run into this before? Is there a fix for it? We are all three on the newest version (7.29.07)

    Maybe something in the registry is corrupt? You could reset the registry by uninstalling HyperSnap 7 on that machine, then installing it again from the downloaded HS7Setup.exe installer. You would also need to re-enter the license key after such re-install. No idea what else could cause such effect, would need to test on that particular machine myself to see what’s going on.
