New Computer Install

I'm trying to switch my computer and I'd like to move my hypersnap to the new one.  How do I do this?
I have hypersnap version V.29.03 and it's for Windows 7 professional, 64-bit

Download and install the version of HyperSnap corresponding to your license on the new computer, and activate it with the license key we've sent you upon your purchase. Download from http://www.hyperionics.com/?Page=hsdx/downloads.asp page, and if you lost your license key, while there, look at top left and click "Find Lost License" link.

I've tried doing this, but once it goes through the install process, it just seems to disappear.  It doesn't show up in my program files or on my hard drive at all.  I've tried running it from the website, and I've tried saving it to my computer and then running it with the same results.

I really don't understand what could be wrong. Maybe you could try to reboot the computer, then try to install again? Normally it puts HyperSnap 7 icon on the desktop, and also into the Windows 7 Start menu - All Programs.
When you run the downloaded installer, what messages exactly do you see on the screen?

I've tried shutting down and doing it again, but it still doesn't seem to be working.  Everything seems to happen normally.
    I see the following:
    a.  Do you want to run this file? - Yes
    b.  Welcome to Wizard...Click Next. - Next
    c.  Software License Agreement - Agree
    d.  Select how to install HyperSnap: Current User, All Users - All Users (but I've tried it both ways); Destination Folder C:\Program Files (x86)\HyperSnap 7 - Yes
    e.  Name of Project Manager Group - HyperSnap 7; Add HyperSnap to my desktop - Yes
    f.  Now ready to install - Next
    g.  HyperSnap has been successfully installed - Finish (I've tried running it from this window, and running it on my own, but there is nothing on the desktop or in the program file on the C:\drive)

Hm. I don't know what else could be wrong. Maybe there is not enough free disk space to install it? Also, could you try opening Windows Explorer, and navigate to the following folder, see if it exists and what file are there:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\HyperSnap 7\

If you find this folder full of *.dll files, and a few .exe and others, try to double-click the HprSnap7.exe file there. Does the HyperSnap 7 program start then correctly or not?
