How to paste an image with variabble opacity?

How Can I paste an image with for example 50% of opacity?

    It depends on where you paste it. HyperSnap 7 and 8 understands alpha color channel (opacity) and will paste it correctly on another image. If you paste it into other programs, it depends if they support and understand opacity or not.
