Issue withRegion Scrolling

I'm using latest Mozilla. It is issue that it reports an error that Hypersnap is not working even I have started.
Why is this? I have noticed this also on another testing PC. Forum does not support uploading images. I enclose text:
Hypersnap is not running
Please start HS and try again.

    I'm just testing this with Firefox 28.0, the most current. If I start HyperSnap manually first, it works fine. Don't see the "not running" message. No idea what is different on your system. Maybe the error will go away after you reboot your computer.
    Also, which version of Windows you are using? I'm testing this on Windows 7.

    Also, which version of Windows you are using? I'm testing this on Windows 7.

    I have tested on windows 8.1 and also XP. Hypersnap capture works if I manually click Region with scrolling. But Add-on inside Mozilla is not seen currently. It is not stable icon as yesterday it was seen and now lost. When I yesterday clicked it was message that software is not opened. I understand it has to be open window.

    Maybe you have hidden the add-on bar in Firefox. If you want it back, click Menu - right pointing triangle next to Options - Add-on Bar. Or maybe you uninstalled HyperSnap add-on, if so - re-install it from the Setup ribbon tab in hs7.

    You are right. Works perfect now. I have remove Add-bar and reinstall.
